Unlike high-volume manufacturers we deliberately limit production to ensure every caravan receives individual attention. Each build moves through carefully controlled stages. From design and frame construction to finishing and final inspection, all under one roof.

This hands-on, low-volume approach guarantees greater consistency, structural integrity and long-term reliability. It also allows our team to tailor each caravan to meet our customers’ needs. Whether that’s an off-road Raptor, a family-ready Flair, or a luxury touring van. We have you covered!

How We Build a Royal Flair Caravan

Design & Innovation

Every build starts with intelligent design. Our in-house design team uses 3D CAD modelling and real-world feedback from customers and our own travels to create floor plans that optimise storage, space and comfort.

Precision Construction

Royal Flair’s wall, roof and floor systems are built using premium structural materials for superior strength, insulation and performance in Australian conditions:

Walls: 18 mm structural marine-grade ply. Fully routed to conceal wiring, then clad with composite aluminium sheeting for durability and weather resistance.
Floors: Lightweight honeycomb composite panels for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and improved towability.
Chassis: Heavy-duty Australian steel chassis engineered for on- and off-road stability, precision-welded and hot-dipped galvanised for corrosion protection.
Insulation: High-density insulation throughout the walls and roof to regulate interior temperature in all climates.

Electrical & Power Systems

We install premium Australian-approved electrical components; including advanced Enerdrive or Viron systems, lithium batteries, inverters and up to 600W of solar capability. Delivering reliable power whether you’re on the grid or off it.

Interior Craftsmanship

Inside every detail reflects decades of experience. Cabinetry is crafted from high-grade lightweight ply using CNC precision cutting. Upholstery is sewn in-house using premium fabrics and leathers, while fixtures and fittings are sourced from trusted brands such as Dometic, Thetford and NCE.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Before any caravan leaves our factory, it undergoes a comprehensive multi-point inspection. Electrical and plumbing compliance checks and a full road test. Our ISO 9001 quality certification and RVMAP accreditation ensure every Royal Flair meets the highest Australian manufacturing standards.
