What a great year it has been so far! Our sales team have done exceptionally well at the shows and the production team at Royal Flair have been busy preparing new vans for our many valued customers and members. Anne and I caught up with Bill Deralas at the Sandown Melbourne show.
What a fantastic range on display including their newly released Mercedes Sprinter camper van which drew a lot of attention, along with the new model Micron, Piazza, Aussie Mate, Razor and Designer series. No wonder Bill was so happy!
Certainly very comfortable to drive and inside luxury at its best!
Several members took to the road and enjoyed a variety of places to stay. Shaun Hume put their Razor through the snow at Hotham with great results.
Nicole Cummin and family found it warmer at Ningaloo.
24/7 ROAD ASSIST:
As previously advised in our club newsletter and, on our club facebook page, Royal Flair Caravans now offer 24/7 roadside assist for 1 year for those who purchase any Royal Flair caravan from 1st January this year (2025). Some models offer 2 years, for example the Aussiemate and Ecomate.
A few members have raised queries as to how this works. Coverage is for the caravan, Australia wide including the outback, uses a SOS number and covers personal injury around the van. If however, you are not towing your caravan and have a breakdown in your car, you should contact your normal roadside service provider, as the coverage supplied is for the caravan only.
Once you have taken delivery of your new Royal Flair van, you will receive an email with your policy number and details of your 24/7 Roadside Services Australia membership.
You will also receive in the mail a customer welcome pack, which will include a key ring with a membership number on it.
The welcome pack will also have material advising of phone contact and other relevant details. If you have any queries regarding our roadside assist, please contact Nicki at Royal Flair on (03) 9357 8118 and press 1 for reception.

ANOTHER ORIGINAL:
One of our new members Lynton Rose-Trenorden recently purchased this Royal Flair Micron. It was the 237th van built by Royal Flair and he will be joining us at Deniliquin. Be great to compare with the new model Micron which will also be at Deni.
OUR TECH EXPERT:
Our Tech expert, adviser Colin is away at present as he also instructs trainees etc for the caravan industry. He will be on deck for our next issue.

DENILIQUIN 2026 ANNUAL EVENT:
As we go to press we have 61 vans registered for our annual get together event at Deniliquin next March (20th, 21st 22nd). We now only have a few power sites left so NOW is the time to message me and register. This will be our biggest attendance yet with lots of fun filled happenings planned. You can arrive earlier and leave later if you wish. This is a great park with stacks of facilities and terrific staff to assist you if need be. There is a splash park for the kids (and us of course) mii golf, carts and staff with a great sense of humour. We are sending out bulk emails to all those attending so please check your emails and junk files in case you miss one. Saturday night dinner, generously provided by Royal Flair will be at Deniliquin RSL in the Dunlop Room which holds 200 people with a stage and much more.
KUI PARKS UPDATE:
Kui Parks re also one of our good sponsors and also donate each year to our auctions / raffles at our annual event. They also offer what is described as the best park membership available in Australia and I have to agree wit that.
